ACU Issue is not a CIF operation
Soldiers will be fielded Army Combat Uniforms through their home unit supply chain. Questions regarding the issue of ACU's should be directed to your unit supply personnel.
Obsolete OCIE
If you have obsolete OCIE that was not turned in with your Unit's recall, you can submit these items to your unit's supply chain.
