To provide Candidates the tools necessary to develop their leadership skills into that of a Warrant Officer, while simultaneously evaluating their performance to determine if they're eligible to be commissioned as WO1.

Phase I is a Distributive Learning course that is designed to refresh your basic common core and writing skills. A Candidate must complete this course prior to attending Phase II. Plan for about 2 weeks to complete this course on line if working or going to school full time.
Phase II consists of 5 IDT weekends beginning in April. Phase II is not only physically challenging but also Academically. Be prepared to have your leadership, organizational, and communication skills enhanced! This mentally and physically demanding course involves PRT, 3 exams, Force Marches, Briefings, Community Projects, and leadership evaluations. You will be directly evaluated by TAC Officers as well as instructors.
Phase III Candidate's who complete Phase II will be enrolled in the resident Phase III currently conducted in Alabama. This 16 day event places emphasis on direct leadership skills and actions. Candidates are faced with greater responsibility, Academia and leadership skills tests. Candidates will transition from a state of external discipline to one of self discipline. This phase includes final APFT, exam, FTX, STX, MOUT, LRC, Foot March, and leadership assignments. A soldier will arrive as a Candidate, and depart a Warrant Officer.
